Bulgaria’s Valley of the Roses is the source of the world’s finest rose oil. Bulgarian ‘rose attar’ is internationally renowned and used by international perfume house as a base ingredient for their scents.

This range of wines, produced at the Stork Nest Estate has been named after this exceptional place as an evocative reflection of the wine’s heritage and to capture the very elegance and vibrancy of the wines themselves.

Grapes have been carefully selected from Estate vineyards in the Svischtov region where the exceptional quality of the 2003 vintage allowed our winemakers to select grapes with plenty of bold, fruity flavours and soft mellow tannins to produce wines with a balance of fruit intensity with lightness and elegance typical of the region.
VALLEY OF THE ROSES CABERNET SAUVIGNON ROSÉ 2003
A more structured rose made from 100% cabernet sauvignon grapes this wine is vibrant with strawberry and raspberry fruit flavours. Served well chilled, this wine cries out for one of those days where sunshine and friends come together.

VALLEY OF THE ROSES CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2003
This deep ruby red wine has abundant crushed blackcurrants on the nose and a rich cassis character giving a mouthful of jammy fruit flavours. Full bodied with soft juicy tannins it has a lingering finish.

Lively purple red in colour this, wine has concentrated plummy fruit flavours and a soft smooth finish.
